“YOUR COMPLETE GUIDE TO TOXICOLOGY”
Aim of product – This online training material will help improve your ability to understand, interpret and use toxicological data in your daily work. It has been created by a toxicologist/chemist who has many years of practical industrial experience both in regulatory toxicology but also in occupational toxicology and product stewardship.
It is primarily designed to be used as a “reference guide to toxicology” where the user can dip in and out of different subject areas at the click of a mouse. However the good news is that it can also be used as a “toxicological training course.”
Toxicology Training Online is designed to be used on a standalone computer, laptop, iPad or smart phone; which means that if you are away from the office attending a meeting, etc, it is possible to use Toxicology Training Online as a reference guide to help you follow any toxicological discussions being held.
Target audience – The material has been written for anyone who works in in global regulatory compliance, occupational hygiene and medicine, R&D, HSE, Product Stewardship, chemists as well as for business managers involved in Regulatory Compliance/consortia meetings, trade associations, etc. In fact for anyone who wants to learn more about toxicology!
What the online training product comprises
Be pleased that this is not a highly polished corporate presentation- I have created this website myself with the end user in mind. It comprises over five hours video presentations accompanied by lecture notes, copies of the slides used and other hand outs. There is also a comprehensive list of online toxicology resources provided as well as a full glossary of terms section. Furthermore there are comments boxes throughout the website where questions related to the material can be posted.

Who has developed the training material? The training material has been developed by a toxicologist/chemist and qualified teacher who has had many years of hands on experience in industry dealing with all aspects of product stewardship and chemical regulations. Furthermore, for the past 18 months I have been hosting highly popular live online webinars in toxicology (link to webinars).
Please note that this is not an eLearning product, but rather is a reference guide! However, the website is set up in such a way which would enable you to work through all the videos from start to finish (and gain a comprehensive overview of toxicology), should you so wish.
Furthermore, it works equally well if you simply want to use it as a reference guide for specific information. For example, if you want to understand more about irritation and corrosion or repeated dose toxicity studies, etc.
If you would like a demonstration of Toxicology Training Online please contact me and I will arrange a mutually convenient time.
